Are You a Creative Empath with Toxic Patterns?
A creative empath is someone who is an empath, and who is also a creative type — an artist or a writer or someone who has creative aspirations in those directions. Creative empaths are innovative, original thinkers who are always seeking meaning in life, and love to explore beauty and art.
Creative empaths are also prone to struggling with creative blocks and toxic patterns in their lives. They report high levels of dissatisfaction in their jobs, relationships, and the way they view themselves and fit into the world. Many creative empaths repeat the same kind of relationships over and over, always feeling exploited, abused, or taken advantage of by others.
These repeating patterns are directly linked to our experience as empaths growing up in dysfunctional homes where our empathic gifts were not only not appreciated, but usually seen as threatening to other family members.
I talk more about this in the video below:
I’m teaching a workshop this Saturday, Nov 19 and it’s all about creative empaths and toxic patterns. It’s called Healing Toxic Patterns for Empaths and Creatives and it’s a one-time only workshop that I won’t be doing again. If you can’t make it live, you can still register and get the recording and you’ll have lifetime access to it so you can view it whenever works for you.
You can register here:
HEALING TOXIC PATTERNS FOR EMPATHS AND CREATIVES
If you have any questions, please send them to me here. And hopefully I’ll see you on Saturday!
